Something to think about, which you and Denise may have already considered - fandom is going to be very noisy about Yuletide in a week or two's time. Is there any non-fandom stuff on DW worth promoting at the same time, so DW doesn't look too fannish?

Also, is it worth adding another tag to the Latest Posts feed for yuletide?

I vote in favour of a tag for Yuletide, too! It'll make it so much easier to keep track of other people's recs :)

If we codepush for the promo, we shoudl also mention gradation-vertical (new site scheme) going live: it's white-on-black, so people with light sensitivity/migraine issues might prefer it.

The documentation clean up would be nice to ask about, see if there's anything that users have noticed that is missing.

* ditto on the docs scrub thing, ask people to point out things that are undocumented/underdocumented for me to fix

* codepush, so, stuff's live, report bugs, blah. mostly bugfixes this round, but it includes fixes for the big and noticeable ones from last push

* if we're going to start purging in january, it'd be good to mention now

* um. there's something else i know I wanted to mention, but i don't remember. heh.

i no longer live in wellington, but have a heap of friends that do (and while i'm not sure if any of them have dreamwidth accounts, they are all bloggers. sorry, lj is still my main blogging site, but want to support dreamwidth as well). let me know if you want me to hook you up with them. they are v. friendly. the geekish, burning man, couch surfer type of folk. also i can tell you where all the good lotr filming sites are :D
